*Due to my use of natural objects ie. seedpods, feathers, roots etc. some of my pieces may not be available internationally due to customs laws. This is also assessed on an individual basis.

Delivery Methods
Customary Orders. Ship by ground; items ship within five business days.
Most items are Shipped by way of UPS or USPS. Items ordered together may arrive separately.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the original selling price of the item, not the sale price.
Express Delivery
For an extra charge of $18.95 per address, we can arrange for 2nd day Express Delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 2:00 pm EST Monday - Thursday, you will receive your purchase within two business days) Note: Express Delivery is not available for some oversized items, or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

If you live in the Pittsburgh area and would like to pickup your order,
please call 412-487-8531 between 9am and 5pm EST to schedule your order pick up reservation.
Prices and Sales Tax
All prices are required by law to collect applicable state and local taxes for shipments within Pennsylvania.

Returns and Exchanges
Online Order Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Cottage Home Accessories is committed to offering the highest quality products to
my customers. My merchandise is carefully inspected before delivery and is delivered
in a timely, well packed manor.
You may cancel your online order as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the order may be returned upon receipt (excluding the original shipping and processing fees and a pick up fee equal to the original shipping and processing fees).
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase after delivery, you may return unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange, credit, or refund (excluding the original shipping and processing fees and a pick up fee equal to the original shipping and processing fees). Returns after 14 days will not be refunded, but may be eligible for exchanges or credit.
